Which wrestler has been the best heel?

I don't think HHH is the biggest heel because now he is th hero of RAW.Anyways according to my opinion Vince McMahon himself is the biggest heel in the WWE industry.He is the one wicked boss no one will ever want to have..

i would say among the current wrestlers, edge is a good heel. the guy knows how to get in the nerves of the fans. another heel i like is jbl especially during his reign at a champion at smackdown. wwe creative threw everyone at him including big show, undertaker, and eddie guerrero and he still remained on top of his game and turned out one of the better title riegns in smackdown in recent memory.

randy orton is a good heel as well but kinda tiring in my book. anyway, i prefer heels better thatn the faces in wwe. just a personal preference.

There are alot of guys past and present that make great heels. Randy Orton would be one of them. He has excellant mic skills and just such a mean edge. I think Owen Hart(RIP) made a great heel too. My fav heel would be Chris Jericho though probably. Hes definitely got in going in the promos and interviews and the whole look.
