| I heard Vitamin C and Vitamin B are good for neurons and emotional stability, but is it safe to drink it in high amounts? I mean I am currently using 500 mg of Vitamin C and 50 mg of Vitamin B, but I saw in a certain nutritional store of a 1000 mg Vitamin C and 100 mg Vitamin B. Won't it do any harm? | | | | | |
