Why facebook is popular than other social networking sites?

I couldn't tell you. I have a myspace and facebook page. I hate facebook. It doesn't make any sense, and it looks very elementary compared to myspace.

lol, well shnsun, perhaps the best way to find out why to your answer is to sign up yourself in that site. There's no harm in trying though... At first facebook can a little confusing to start with but after awhile when u get familiar with its features and applications they offer, im sure ul have a great time spending there and not to mention there are lots of games and quizzes u can take just for fun esp. when u just want to while away time. Irregardless of age, everyone can have fun in facebook site. But then again, if u dont like it at all, u can always cancel ur account when u want to.

facebook is easier to connect with people in my opinion

Well it isn't special at all, to be honest.
It is just "in" right now.
A few years everybody was going crazy over myspace and now Facebook is the new&hot thing.
I don't have myspace nor a hi5 account, because I'm not really into these kind of sites.
I made a facbook account because I wanted to know what the fuss was all about, and I'm still figuing it out.
I don't even visit Facebook that much, only if I¿m really bored, I go there to take some Quizes and Chat with some of my Friends,and that's basicly it.

I prefer facebook as I see it more clean than Hi5. It has no spamming, very easy to use and lots of great applications. In fact I don't use Hi5 anymore even though it was updated during the last year I still think that facebook is better. At first I was skeptic as well and though friends sent me invitations I didn't join, but once I was in I kept using it. You could try it, then if you don;t like just delete the account.

I have a facebook account and other social network sites and I say that all the Social network sites I signed in I can say that Facebook account caters all you need. The Games are so cool and fun, they have this survey thing, you will know who's online and you can also chat with them and etc.

The best thing you can do is try it to your self so that you will know why people keeps bragging about Facebook. Once you signed in, pretty sure you gonna love it.lol
