I think you've had your specific questions answered, but I just wanted to throw in some additional encouragement. If you check out my profile, you can see what I've been paid by some of these sites. Having a lot of referrals is the way to go! Neobux does pay instantly (on Paypal or Alertpay), as so several others like Palmbux, Valuebux, and Buxwiz. But please note that on these particular sites, you only get paid your referral earnings on days that you click. So you'll still want to click every day if possible. Some of the other sites don't require this, so you could literally sit back and check in every month or so to see what you've passively earned just by letting your referrals click, but I actually think this is a good system in that everyone (including your referrals) has an incentive to click regularly in order to achieve full earnings.
