I had this come with the phone I bought 2 months ago. I don't recognize the girl but she and her tattoo are rather hot. Wonder if anyone in cyberspace knows her?

I think you mean the girl with the stars tattooed on her face? It's the Belgian Kimberley Vlaeminck, who reportedly has been taken in to a closed mental hospital. From my own experience I can tell you that's not the best place to live in...
