I want to know how you walk. Do you walk flat footed, on the ball of your foot or on your toes? Do you have that sway in your hips? Are you a fast walker or a slow walker? Do people have to run to keep up with you at your casual walking pace?
Did you ever stop and notice how many different ways people walk?

toed first of all! I also walk pretty fast for my age! My
girlfriend who was about 1/2 my age used to get upset because
she could never keep up with me! I don't walk as fast as
I used to lately because I have a bad knee and am having a
problem with my ankle! Damn! That is not me! I love to walk
and pride myself on walking fast! I have noticed that I have
slowed down quite a bit! I walk with another friend of mine
who is about the same age as me and she walks faster than me
now and boy is she ever pigeon toed! Worse then me!
