Have you ever observed that you get vivid dreams after eating sweets ?  

I have never noted any dreams like that after eating sweets. I have found though, that after eating Chineese food too late, I have nightmares. I think it is the msg. I went to one Chineese place which didn't use it, and I didn't have any nightmares. However, if I go to one that uses it, I get them. It sucks too, because I just love it. If I eat it for lunch, I am ususally ok. It is just for dinner. So I guess foods can affect how you dream.

Yes i also experienced some colourful,exciting and adventuorous kinds of dreams after taking sweet before going to bed.I remember some of the dreams till now.they are very interesting too.what about you?have you experienced having different dreams after eating sweet at night?
