Are you born with a silver spoon spoiled?

No way. That is like saying that poor people are always good and perfect, and us middle class people can go either way. It all depends on how you are raised. If your parents raise you properly, give you strong moral values, and make you work - like those rich tycoons who made their sons start to work in the factory sweeping floors or be a mail clerk and then made them work up the ladder - even if your father is a millionaire, they will not be spoiled. Why I bet George w. Bushes' father made his work hard. You also do not know how much these rich people give to charity and maybe they do not boast and say "I have one million dollars to."
You should also realize that these rich people own businesses and give jobs to other people, they are not just going to hand out money just to anyone. And they feel that to help poor, they will give them jobs, hand out grants or scholarships, not to just dress in rags and give all their money away and cry a lot.
