Kids and computer!! ATENTION!!!

i am a teen so i know everything.computer is toxin as no, so step aside because the children further from computer will normally exceed from fun in the dependence.sry for my bad english

Well I think as coins have two sides technologies will also have its bad sides but it depends on us how we are making use of it. Particularly in the case of computer it is good for education and through computer one can gain instant knowledge globally.

There should be some time bounds for using computer. Continuous usage of computer can harm childrens in many ways. it is our responsibility to make them aware of these thing. I think 20-30 minutes constant use is fine followed by some breaks otherwise it can have sever effect on eyes.

So computer to some extent is fine.

I feel that kids under 15 should spend less time on computer and more on physical activities and studies. If they use the computer in a meaningful way that helps in gaining knowledge, gives insite into their studies then it is fine. But if they wander in internet and waste time in chatting and other unwanted activities, it is time to take a serious look into it.

Now, I can see the kids who use computer are getting younger and younger. Even in our home, we have 2 5-year-old kids and they use the computer almost every day. They have become addicted to computer games. What we do is we limit the number of hours they used on the computer. We also make it a point to be there when they use the computer. In that way we can safeguard them from seeing things that can be harmful to them.

Hi, computers can be dangerous for everybody if somebody use to many hours per day in front of this screen.
The computer is the best way to keep in contact with all world, is a great for information, to learn, to see, to hear.
But can be our bad enamy too, in special for kids, who can broken eyes, minds and body if they spent to much in a front of a computer.

Computer is good as long as it is used properly with the guidance of the parents or adults. What makes it wrong is that these children spend all day long playing with the computer and neglect their responsibility in their homes. I don't see any thing wrong using a computer in a proper way. But I don't like these children to abuse the use of it also. Computer for kids can make them or break them!

Hi, with the advancement of technology nowadays it is very common to have computers at home. As for kids, it is good also to let them exposed to this technology, to let them learn and gain knowledge from it and from the internet. However, i think we should limit the usage of computer for our kids. As we know, kids, especially in their teenage years, are not matured enough to think or distinguish which are good and which are bad. Thus, proper parenting and advice is very important to guide them through and encourage the proper usage of computer to gain knowledge, but not to explore those bad or harmful things in internet.
With the proper usage of computer, it is of course a good thing for our kids to explore and get updated with lots of information and news in our society.

Personally I see it as a good thing that can turn bad and when it comes to kids it is up to parents to oversee the usage and what is being done on the computer.

None of our children have used a computer before the age of 13 and we also oversee what they are doing and how long they are on it. The computer they use isnt on during the day at all, they are either doing things outside, chores, sports or just hanging around.

In the end it is really up to the parents how much a child is on and what a kids is allowed to get away with.
