I have trouble sleeping

Most nights I can't sleep. I will stay in bed for hours and still not be able to sleep. I will eventually fall asleep around 4 in the morning and sleep till noon. Other nights I am so tired from the nights of not sleeping that I fall asleep right away. How can I get myself to be able to sleep more easily?

Hi starrywonder, You maybe can try this. Do some exercise on evening. It is better if you make yourself tired. Usually during your normal bedtime, your will feel very sleepy. I do it sometimes if I can't sleep at night for a few days. This one is a cheaper and healthy way I can come out with. Good luck and have a nice day.
