Do you expect anything in return?

Yes,i expect anything return to me.I think when i well do for people at least that people should thank you to me.It should be that for me i think, not need to mean return to be money.In my culture think about we should pay back well to good people.

I actually don't expect anything in return when I help someone. In my personal experiences, I found it better not to have any expectations when helping someone. When I do something with an expectation, that's just another oppertunity for a disappointment. Why take a chance at feeling bad or being disappointed while doing something good. I know I helped someone & I feel good that I helped make someone's day better, that's enough for me.

When i help someone i may don't think of anything in return...just helping a needy, i think...but if that person does something against me, even talk bad about me, i feel it, that how thankless she or he is, & i should not have helped that person..otherwise i don't give much significance to what i do in day to day lives....

I agree with you. That's the way it should be but some people just don't bother to be 'fair'. Like you, I always think similarly. If I have lunch with my friend and she pays, in return I will pay for the next meal. If we take a public transport and I pay, in return she will pay next. But, I didn't practice that with guys that dated me before. Whenever we went out, the guy had to pay

No, I won't expect at all. For me it's a great opportunity to help. Actually if we're helping others we are happy. And that happiness won't be paid by money. The satisfaction you earn is more valuable than the thing you could give or you share with.

Better not to expect a return 'coz you could appreciate most if that person whom you shared with will you give you an unexpected thing in return. Expecting might lead you to disappointment in case that person could not give if there will be a time you would believe he/she should do.

Give and share, and leave God to reward more than you had!

Well of course. It is just a matter of "give and take". If you had received any good compliments of course someday, somehow you could also return the favor...that's life..it would not that you just keep on taking though there's a saying "it's better to give than to receive" this phrase would only good for those person who are opportunists.....thanks..

no,i dont expect any thing from any one,MY ALLAH says do good and forget it i will give you better of it,than why should i expect?
GOD/ALLAH is powerful than man so he will give me more rewards for what i will do

lol no i never expect any thing in return if i do good to any body, but i am sure god will give me the reward for the good deeds.
