As we know that left and right portion of our brain is respectively responsible for the action of the oppositive part of the body. It is new to me that the left portion of our brain is good for stimulating positive feelings, while the right portion for the negative. Therefore, it is suggested in a study that the left eye view, which is linked with the right portion of brain, be shielded in the attempt to help ease the negative feelings. And the result is said to be very effective.
How do you think of it?

Hello my friend zhuhuifen46 Ji,
So nice of you for your wonderful tip. But is it because our heart lies on left, and heart only encourages one to remain positive. I wish to remain positive under all circumstances. May god bless You and have a great time.

To gain feeling positive, all we need to do is harmonize between thoughts and feelings. because if not, usually arise some hesitation. and it's really hard to do it's not as easy as saying.
I personally still trying to learn how to use it.

You can balanced your feelings and enhanced mind power by trying the opposite ways in daily routine i.e. brushing, bathing, going on work by different path in different days etc. Daily exercise and walking will improve your feelings to be positive.

Thanks for your advice. Physical exercises, or just walking, are sometimes quick way to quit tiring.
