Hello mylot friends this is checkmail and would like to start a discussion over Food preference, that is Vegetarian or Non-Vegetarian.Mostly I prefer to eat Vegetarian Food as it is fresh, easily available, low in prices, good to taste, less time consuming and after all good for appetite. That doesn't mean I don't eat Non-Veg,I like to eat seafood(curry, fry),Chicken(boiled, fried, curry), Mutton(fried, curry). Also eggs in all types of receipes, this non-veg stuff tastes very good if prepared with expertise.Mostly Restaurants are good at non-veg food stuffs, but home-made is far more better than restaurants. But mostly in all homes non-veg is forbided or less prepared.well in veg I like to eat green leafs and beans the most and also other vegetables as per their properties.Well accordign to my thought both Vegetarian food as well as Non-Vegetarian food taste very great to me.
What about you friends ?

I can classify myself as full time vegetarian or meat eaters the carnivorous type. I am more the omnivores type. I kind eat either meat or plant based food. I think can survive even if the other type of food is not present. I like to improvise on the type of food. Like in vegetarian food, the cook is very creative. he can make a barbecue, stew beef, fried meat that look like real meat. When in fact it is all made of soybeans. And, of course about the flavor. An excellent culinary chief can almost imitate the flavor of real meats using special ingredients herbs and authentic flavors. I appreciate the creativity and all healthy benefits one can get in eating vegetarian food. I am a meat eaters but I love to eat it in small portion and mix with my favorite vegetables. I like the stew vegetables like chopsuey and a local dish in my country the so-called pinakbet. They all very delicious and one can eat without complain after eating. I like to eat fish meat like tuna in chorizo or tocino meat flavor with herbs. I really love the aroma and oh! the taste very unforgettable!

Hello neelianoscet this is checkmail and I am impressed with your reponse over the Veg-Non-Veg Food Discussion. The basic fact is that both foods Vegetarain as well as Non-Vegetarian are good at its taste, and even more tasty when have it in small quantity. It mostly depends upon the availablility of food types. If vegetables are available in plenty than intake of it will be also more and less of Non-veg food. Also due to availability in plenty or scarce the price of the food varies.
So basically I don't think any of the veg or non-veg is inferior, but as a superior food type.As both are of very important in terms of benefits to health.
Vegetarian food keeps body clean, and on other hand Non-vegetarain food with ample proteins helps in growth of body quickly. So according to me both must be consumed at an balanced diet rate. And again I appreciate your response.
Well wish you GoodLuck.

hi checkmail,
Their is no contradictory between the two both have their own benefits with proper moderation taking down the appropriate portion making a balance meal could be sufficient to have a balanced diet. One could be a full time Vegetarian or Non-vegetarian as long as one know to use all of its food sources potential with maximum benefits to the eaters all goes well as usual. Though, I do prefer now days to eat vegetarian food with few portion of meat for protein sources. I do appreciate all food that is both nutritious and delicious. Thanks again for the BR. have a nice day!

Hello eshaan this is checkmail and thanks for your mouthwatering response.Yes its normally indicated change in habbits after marriage, but not against anybody's will.So I assume the decision to be yours to stay away from non-veg food.Actually vegetarian food also works far more better for you but still I think atleast a little bit missing in your diet.Just talking about some balance diet that all.Yeah I know there many mouth watering dishes in veg, but the sweets in vegetarian dishes are mostly fat bound which later on becomes problem for our appetite.Better watch the intake in vegetarian food also as it affects the balance of the diet.
Keep it up with veg, but also try to have sometimes non-veg(suggession).
GoodLuck.

I am a non vegetarian, but I do eat a lot of vegetarian food. I live in a hostel and there they only provide non-veg food twice in a week. Egg on Wednesday and chicken curry on Sunday. I am not too fond of non-veg too. I rarely go outside to have non-veg food. I don't like to bring non-veg food like fish or chicken to office, it smells. I love sour and spicy chicken soup.

Hello Jill22 this is checkmail and approve yours responde to my Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian Diet discussion.Eeating Non-vegetarain food doesn't mean that it is not beneficial for health, actually its far more good for gaining health in short time. But our body do needs some cleansing so vegetables are used such as green leafs and others. The vegtable diet keeps the body cleans the body and improve the digestion process which is not good with the Non-vegetarian food. But Non-Vegetarain food contains a lot of protins which are good or health.According to me you should have both Veg and Non-veg somewhat in equal amount so that your health remains balanced.Though both ve and non-veg foods tastes good we do have to have control over it.Excess eating or low diet should be avoided.
So GoodLuck to you with your diet.

Veggie lover here. I love it especially if it is fresh. I also eat meat and it is even more delicious if mixed with veggies.
