what can you digest?sleep at very late night OR wake very early morning?

I like sleeping at late night. I can stay awake whole night if i am told to do or i have urgent work but after i sleep i can't get up early morning. Like in exams, i can stay reading upto 2 or 3am at night but i can't get up early even if i sleep at 10pm.

What can you guys do more? sleep at very late night or wake very early morning?

When in high school..i used to sleep at 11:00pm then wake up at 3:00am to read& study hard for at that time i was fresh& clean rather than stay up deep in the night..but nowadays i only stay up late in the night& wake up late too since im now in control..
