| food replacement/diet shakes and bars  | | | | I am going to be starting an intensive weight loss diet. I will be having total food replacement shakes/bars as my main my lunch and evening meal. I have to eat proper food for my breakfast/supper. has anyone done a food replacement diet like this, did it work for you? what foods do you recommend eating with it, i've been told high protein foods. | | Thanks for your response, you have done really well shedding 6 pound, well done. I have ordered my shakes and bars they are being dropped off today. I am starting tomorrow. I'm not big or anything I just have to get in shape. I gave up smoking a couple of year ago and gained some weight then which I never got rid of. I will just be drinking water which could get a bit boring and I will miss my alcohol at weekends.
