i just made a super healthy fruit cake. I am raw vegan, so cooking gets difficult for me, especially baking. i just started eating mostly raw food, so only started inventing my own recipes on these kinds of food. here is what i did: i took 4 different kinds of flower: wheat, oat, rye, and soy. all flower was organic and unbleached. I added an egg re-placer and baking soda, mixed it all together with water, added some brown sugar. i was adding different flower until the dough was thick enough to stick to the walls of the form. i spread the dough on the bottom of the form and on the walls. took it and baked it for about an hour at 250 degrees F. after the dough was done i took frozen berries and mangoes waited for them to melt and crushed them inside this dough form. then i added raw honey and mashed it a little longer. this will force the juice out and juice will be absorbed by the cooked dough. I just ate the results of my experiments today, combination tastes good and vitamins were not destroyed during cooking. If anyone knows how to cook without heating food too much, please share it :) i'd love to hear about it.

Hi there. That recipe is not a raw food recipe. What you have described there is a cooked cake. No raw foodist would eat that as it has too many processed cooked ingredients in it and then you cooked it! I am confused why you think it is a raw food? You can get a free recipe book for free from my profile page if you want more raw food recipe ideas.
