A definite tear-jerking part in this movie is when Landon's dad buys her way to stay at home instead of staying in the hospital. When Landon goes to his dad's house and thanks him and is crying, that part touches me more than any. But overall, the love that Landon has for her is amazing. The way he doesn't care what any of his "friends" thought or had to say was completely touching.

I read the book before watching the movie, and it touches my heart because they are an unusual couple. It's something every girl wants, a guy to love her for who she is. I think it's an amazing story and really shows how love is meant to be. If you love someone, you stand by their side no matter what. It broke my heart when she told him she had cancer.
