I have growing pains(my knee hurt a lot of articulation) what can I do

I want an advice, what should I take to relese that pain. There are moments when my knees break in. I am in a good form but I can run because the knees hurt. What can I do

before taking any pill, you should go to your doctor first to diagnose your possible illness. then he will prescribe you some medications.
But if you don't want to see your doctor, you can rest for a while before doing anything.:)
