Sarciado  | |  Sarciado is a Filipino dish.It is fried fish with tomatoes and egg.It is yummy especially with lots of rice.My grandmother used to cooked this when she was alive.It was from her where we got the recipe.You can make sarciado with Tilapia or milkfish.
