Our fallacy of looking for hiring from brand - name company

Our general concept and fallacy is looking forward to those giant, brand - name company for hiring. Especially during the time of economy like right now, those brand name companies aren't hiring right now. They ae full of capacity of elites working for them. What is hiring is those unknown to general public yet, but brand new companies at the beginning stage. They are in desperate need of hard - working people like you. That is my experience, and my opinion for employment, would you agree with that?
