How often do you pop pain killer into your mouth???

i don't usually pop pain killers in my mouth. cause using too many medicines could harm my internal organs. so i prefer doing the natural methods of easing pain. Like for example, in headaches, i just fall asleep to ease the pain. and for menstrual cramps, try placing a warm compress above your pubic area then try to take a nap. i'm sure that could help.

I try my best not to use pain killers. I'll usually try to tough things out and take a nap or something till the pain passes, but for the days when that's not possible, I will take a few tylenol or aspirin. I try not to use more than a few aspirin a month but it's hard, I'm very prone to injury!

Yep i too have pain killers atleast twice a month. I try to avoid all the situations that causes me headache, but if once i have one, i have to take any painkiller, then only my headaches goes.., Lack of sleep, loud noise, and hot sun, are some of the reasons of my headache's, which are somewhat avoidable, so i do try to keep my headaches away, n not take any painkiller..

I try my best not to take pain killers quiet so often. When there is a pain,I try to bear it without medicines.. I do take medicines sometimes,but with doctors permission. painkillers are not good for health and it may cause ulcers in abdomen.

since i discovered that my frequent migraines then were connected to some scents (there is such a thing as chemical sensitivity to scents and i have it) i only get to pop a pain killer for my migraine probably an average of twice in a month. it only happens either if i grew interested in a product (which most of the time has a fragrance and i didn't know i cannot tolerate that product's particular fragrance) or somebody wears a perfume came near me. i mean i thought the etiquette for perfume wearing is to be careful that you only smell to people less than a feet from the wearer .

Generally all the pain killer medicines contains chemical
ingredients which will use for the treatments of headache,
menstrual cramps, body ache, shoulder pain, Joint pain
Cold and fever. All the basic medicines likes Panadol
Advil, Panadol EXtra, Panadol cold, used for this purpose
to treat moderate to severe pains.

All the pain killer medicines having the mild active ingredients
for eg Panadol it contains just acetaminophen and Panadol extra
contains little bit high strength of acetaminophen + anti inflammatory
+ Caffeine . Be remember that all this counter pain killer medicines
will not cause any problems unless if you take correct and recommended
dosages.

Try to be happy or relax as much as possible, sleep for long hours ( recommended for minimum of 6 to 8 hour daily ) doing some good exercise will always
keep your body fresh and also You never gets headache, cold, body ache etc.,

I am strongly advising you to sleep the maximum of recommended hours then I am
sure you will never experiences in this headache. If you have got headache then
drink 1 cup of hot coffee or Tea then you will feel relief from the headache, still not then go for the medicines.

In spite of being a doctor I too myself pop up pain killer in my mouth very frequently, the reason being the side effects, as most of the pain killer causes gastritis and make our stomach prone to ulcer.

It is better to avoid analgesics, if I feel intense headache and I really need some medication, then I prefer paracetamol only as they are the safest and dont cause problems of gastritis.

i pop one at least once a week due to headache from stres.. I use advil.

According to me I would rather eperience the pain rather than taking painkillers which would led to sideeefects in the future. So according to me one should avoid taking painkillers for small pains or headaches. If the pain is very unbearable then it is ok to have one dose but the person should consult a physician before consuming such painkillers.
