Hello friends,
I strongly feel it depends entirely on an individual how she wants to manage both the fronts. For professionals, delaying their family planning is quiet common these days but that doesn't mean they can't start family at later stage. Problems can occur at any point of time. So, why blame professional females for that. A person can die any time but why do u have to jump in to a well for that. The objective of my telling is that working women should understand that family life is top most priority.

I was a working woman when I conceived and remain working until the day I delivered my baby. I never intend to stop working. But when I held my baby in my arms, I just know that I need to be a mother first, working woman later. So I resign and stay at home to care for my boy. Then, when I am used to life at home, I started to look for opportunities to work from home and I can safely say that now, I am a Stay at home mother and also a work from home one!
