Do you believe french people are arrogant ?

France has a rich cultural heritage.Many world famous painters born there.I imagine traditionally french people are polite and gentle.But a survey report confused me. According to a survey of 4,500 hotel owners French tourists are the worst in the world, coming across as bad at foreign languages,tight-fisted and arrogant. They finish in last place in the survey carried out for the internet travel agency Expedia by poling company TNS Infratest,which said French holidaymakers don't speak local languages and are seen as impolite. For me this survey report is hard to believe.Do you agree with the report?

I do know they get a bad press, but the only French people I know are very nice adn welcoming. I am happy to have them as friends.

I think that some Americans are pretty arrogant, it just depends on the place and the time.
