Do you read them?
I like to look through the entertainment section we get on Fridays and look at the reviews of new movies. The critic that's featured in my local newspaper always bashes movies that all other major critics like, for example- The Hangover, My Sister's Keeper and Up. Plus, He or She always praises the movies that are really bad, like Obsessed and Taken.

I always read the movie reviews in the paper so I can get an idea of what the movie is about and whether or not the trailer for them is infact a misrepresentaion of the movie, as in it shows all the best bits and the actual movie is pants. Quite often I will disagree with the critics but then it is all down to personal choice.
One thing I dislike about professional movie critics is that some of them feel obliged to give a movie a good review because they are in some way allied to the production company.

I don't follow the critic's comments, and I rarely read them. For me, I rather watch the preview, and read some of the onliner's comment on those new - released movies. I just couldn't trust those critics opinion. Nonetheless, people has different taste toward things.
