If it is wrong to bribe, then how to get my work done?

I was in the same situation when I was trying to get my birth certificate. I paid around Rs 4000/- in different government offices to get my birth certificate, even after one and half months now, I have not recieved it yet. It is good to say that bribery is corruption and we are not supposed to do that. But, when it comes to real life we are forced to do that to get the work done quickly. There are some corrupted people in this world who won't let us live sinless even if we want to live a pefect life. What to do?

Bribe is part of the corruption. You are right, it is a violation in any country. I know when it becomes dilemma for many people. But if this is done, then the corruption will grow and the more difficult life. Benefits received from the corruption is too small compared to the suffering of many people. Corruption, can damage the mental person who gave or who received, and the long run will be the culture. Losses due to corruption have been torment many people, can even destroy a country. Therefore, the need to fight corruption. Combat corruption should start from yourself, and starting from now. Do not do it. Many jobs that do not use the bribe. You need to strive harder to get it. You will save yourself (self esteem and dignity) and the world.

Dont bribe, actually if you know other people are paying then they could be put out not you. If it can be overlooked with a bribe talk to someone in high office like a judge and exsplain how you could just bribe and make your system look like usless mafia or they could work with you to hold up morals and values while stopping from opressing a hard working man. Try to get some capital towards fixing what ever the cost would be to fix it.
