Do you think that olive oil is more healthy as butter is?
I ll say that when i cook sweets, cookies, cakes, i use butter, is more testing, and when i made a salad or something light as food, i use olive oil.
Do you have both in your kitchen or use other kind of fat?

I prefer more on butter, it the best oil, in terms of food, and it adds flavor to the food, likes cakes, cookies, spaghetti, and any kind of viand.

I have both olive oil and butter in our kitchen. But, from experience, I only use butter for baking pastries. I am not really a good cook when it comes to meals... but I think olive oil is better when it comes to dishes rather than sweets. But don't quote me in this. Who knows, there are actually dessert recipes out there, that tastes better using olive oil.

when I cook things for desserts I like to use butter, but when doing meals, I like olive oil. Then again, I'm not the one cooking, my husband is. However, we completely agree on this one. Olive oil tastes better when used in the actual meal, and butter works better for the dessert, but can also be used as a part of the main meal.
