I don't know what happened to my WI-FI connection. . .. I lost my WI-FI connection just lask week. I don't know what happened. . . . Even if I'm within an area where there is a WI-FI connection, still I can't get the connection. I tried to diagnose the problems following the instructions, still I can't get the WI-FI connection. It says that "RADIO OFF - FAILED". I tried turning ON my WI-FI catcher but still there is no connection.
I have difficulty explaining it here because I don't know much of the technical terms or the internet/computer terms. I hope anyone could help me.
Thank you.

Thanks for given time to respond to this problem. . . . I don't actually know how it happened. The last person who used my laptop was my husband and he said he did nothing to the computer. . . . I will be giving you a little information because I don't know much about computers. . .
1. When I try to manually connect to a WI-FI connection, I don't see the list of wireless connections even if I know that I am in a WI-FI zone.
2. When I check the available networks in my laptop, only my printer is listed there.
I guess it would be much help if you just ask me particular questions so I can answer those to the best of my ability. I really cannot explain it.

Here are additional information. The wireless button indicates that:
1. You are currently not connected.
2. When I connect to WIRELESS connection, it says that “Windows cannot find any network”.
3. When I diagnose why my windows cannot connect to a network, it instructs me to “turn on wireless capability”.
4. I have turned it on but still I can’t connect it.
I hope those informations will help you. Thanks.
