One day while i was going to college i gave lift to a guy of age about 19. I thought he wanted to go to the next stop. But when i asked him , he told drop me anywhere. and told that he had lost his purse and from delhi 300 kms away. he wanted to go to kullu 190 kms to attend a marriage. I took him to college and arranged rs 200 from my classmates. did i do right helping him?

Sounds like it was a very big help to the person. There are people who are at a total loss and in dire need of help. You did a good deed. I am sure it was very much appreciated. Once in a while, I come across people like that, and I try to help the best way I can and in the way the need is.

If you feel you did the right thing, if your heart told you to do it, then yes you did right.
Sometimes it is hard to help other people because we don't know if they are telling the truth or trying to scam us, but sometimes we have to use our best senses and if your heart told you to help this young person, than it was for a reason, and God will thank you for it.
Just know that it could at any minute be you that needs the help, and maybe when it's your turn, the help will come to you too.
Don't stress about it know you did a good thing.
