Does anyone still use walkman?  | |  As the technology grows rapidly and innovation of music player keeps going, I wonder does anyone still have their walkman which everybody seem to used in the last decade? If you do, do you still use it? I still have walkman, but never use it again, because I have mp3 player (not an iPod) which made listening to music so much easier and produces greater sound quality. Listening using walkman is not practical because its size and I don't buy a casette player anymore

| | | | | | | | 1.  ravinskye (6062) | 5 months ago |  I actually still have my walkman that we got as kids. I think it still works. I haven't tried it in a long time. I could get rid of it I guess since I have an ipod. But I still have a bunch of cassette tapes so i guess I keep in around in case I want to listen to one of them. I think Ipods are much better because you can listen to such a huge variety of songs instead of just one tape at a time.

I like my Sony Walkman with the rechargeable battery:) I used to go everywhere with it, now I use my iPod
