Around June 20th I had the pleasure of seeing my secodn bat emergence. My first was congress bridge in Austin about 10 years ago. This emergence is an old train tunnel that was destroyed in the 1940's. Shortly afterwards, 1-3 million bats made it a home. Every night around 8:00 pm all of the bats fly out. It took roughly 12 minutes for all of the bats to leave the tunnel when I was there.
