Do you have a regular life?  | |  For me, I am really headache about this. Because my life is not regular at all, I think this maybe very terrible to my health. Sometimes I will not go to bed until three or four in the morning, and sometimes I will sleep very early, seven or eight in the evening. And I get up at about eleven or twelve in the morning, if I have classes, I will have to get up at seven in the morning.

I assume your in college. College is a tough time, but it definitely pays out in the end. Stick it there it will get better.
