 Do you believe in online dating? I've come across this question as I was surfing the net and I passed by on a free dating site. I really do not engage in such activity but I wonder if there are people trying this out. And I want to find out if it works and can it be true love, or it's just for fun and a pasttime?

The man I am with right now is someone I met on the internet and we've been together for a year and a half now:) Dating online requires alot of TRUST and understanding for each other especially when you haven't seen each other in person yet but once you do the whole "online dating" will just be the momento of how you guys first met:)

The lengths of my past relationships ranged from 5 months to a year and a half. I've been with my current boyfriend for 3 years. So yes, I think online dating has been pretty successful for me.
I don't think it's any more or less successful than any other form of dating. It's just another place you can meet people! Really the success depends on the people that you meet. The same goes for going to bars to date, or having your friends set you up, or speed dating, or anywhere else you might go to meet people to date!
