I have been dealing with migraines for years when I did see a doctor she just prescribed ibuprofen, then Laracets They helped ease the pain alot and make it bearable but never fully take it away. I am now on something called Maxalt 10 and it is not helping me a bit. It causes my nausea and stop to be worse..and makes me feel really ill. I have to go to a dark room cause any lights hurts my eyes and noise also will make the pounding in my head worse...so if you find something that works let me know.

Hope the Doctors will get something worked out for you that will give you something that works and something that won't cause you stomach upset or pain somewhere else. Good luck and you'll be in our prayers..I hate headaches and Migraines besides being a pain in our heads they are a pain in the behind to deal with..

A few months ago when I tried giving up my Dr Pepper I experienced migraines for several days in a row til I gave in and drank some Dr Pepper. It's the caffeine for me. Depending on your health and your diet plus exercise would most likely depend on why you are having headaches. It could also possibly be that your back or neck is out of whack. Had a few of those headaches and they aren't fun. Stress also seems to play a pretty mean game of headaches too. So I guess in general it just depends on what you are going through, what you have been going through, your diet, exercise, sleep, and health.
