Just this week I bought an accupressure machine. It is portable. It has pads you can use on the points of your body for healing. My massage therapist is great, but she is on an undefined break! So..... my parents are giving me this equipment for Christmas. I have carpal tunnel and in just 2 days, it is really helping my hands in only 15 minutes a day.
