friends no longer problem of your obesity .some tips if you commit to do this you will be sucessful.only obesity is not problem it also born hypertension,heat attack and heart problems . to reduce this ---
1.drink as water as you can drink.
2.do not eat ghee{butter}(dalda) eat only refined oil.
3.morning walk is must .
4.sit on computer not more than 6 hours /day.
5.daily do yoga (padmashan)

Hey, it sounds good but no time for doing all this. Also,most oe people use to sit on pc more than 6 hours/day and its unavoidable. Still, i will try your tips, i know i cant follow all but atleast some of them. Just give your wishes so that i could be successfull. Happy mylotting!
