If she is the one meant for you, she will feel it. And if not, then she's not the One and you were wrong. So it's better to wake up from your fantasy. Anyway you take it, you have nothing to loose, only to win. Ok, now here's a tip if you want to use the funny way. If you are friends then ask her one day about her personal fantasy. What's the perfect scene for her when a guy will ask her hand? Let her dream, then repeat her the scene on spot. She will laugh or she will take it seriously or she will get angry. But anyway she will take it, she will at least realize you are special. You are funny. And funny is more important for women then good looking or even rich. I think I would work on the relationship a little bit first, so you know within yourself that she feels that way about you, if she only sees you as a friend proposing to her could be a shock and may very well ruin a good friendship...I think you will know when she feels that way about you....
