How do you make friends after moving to a new city?

Just talk to them.When you see people introduce yourself.Especially target the people who are all in your age group and if they are more than you in age try to speak in a polite manner, and if they are less than you pay attention in covering up them by jokes,suggestions and other things.All you need to do is to attract people through your speech. Most cities have newcomer groups, where you can meet ohe people who are new to the area as well. You can look online for those. YOu can also find a place ofworsip and join it, that is a good way to meet people. Some book stores or libraries may over book clubs if you like to read. You can also ust search the web for different groups to join. i know Dallas has a singles grop that plans things oncea month.

Well one thing to do is to observe for a little bit and see what people in your new city do for fun or what they do in general. The next thing would be to familiarize yourself with places or possible interest around your house such as movies, stores, etc. Then the next thing to do would be to get yourself into a situation where you can talk to someone and introduce yourself. Then the rest is really up to you. Just make sure you are not overdoing things. Just go with the flow and make sure you dont ask any odd questions or give any odd answers.
