I think Nikon makes pretty good cameras.
They work just as well as a really expensive camera, but they are actually pretty affordable. I would suggest taking a look at the Nikon D40 or the Nikon D60.

The bright LCD color monitor is 2.5 inches so it's really easy to view your pictures, and use the menus. You are also able to magnify your pictures up to 19 times magnification to preview your image. It also has three display options: classic, graphic, and wallpaper.

The one that you feel the most comfortable with is the one that you should buy.
For me I prefer to shoot with a Nikon D60 or above. The image sensor is that Nikon cameras have gives you very high quality photos. Of course there is also the Canon family such as the rebel xsi, which also produces very good quality images.
But like I said before, the best one for you is the one that has a better feel
in your hands. you need to go to the store and hold a couple od different models
and see for yourself how they are. Some are heavier, some are lighter,or bulkier
or whatever you notice from one to the next. | |
