How much do a man's look matter to a woman?

Hi all,
Men do have many specialties which attracts woman towards him. Some of those specialties are as follows:
Good Look and Psyche
Funny
Caring
Trustworthy
Intelligent
etc..
According to me Look does matter at very first sight after that other specialties. Are there any other specialties which will attract woman.

ya i do believe that looks do not matter when a person have good speaking skill with some funny touch in it.and he should be intelligent too.
