Death of celebrities and famous people  

A decade after the assassination of Pres. John F. Kennedy, a portion of a certain U.S. magazine showed a person in wheelchair looking out in one of the white house windows. The caption tells that it was John F. Kennedy as quadriplegic as a result of a series of surgical operations. Elvis Presley was the next 'talked about' in relation to the 'death & resurrection' mania. In my opinion, these kind of 'image killing' are too 'CIA' or too 'Interpol' to me. I feel these are all too 'James Bond' to me. Bridget Bardot, Morgan Fairchild, Tina Turner, Sean Connery, to name a few,were once famous in their chosen world of entertainment. They retired and gained tranquility in their private lives. They chose not to 'kill' their persona and instead they just fade away. For those famous living persons, I'm sure the whole world will stop for a while once they are gone for good but life goes on and they will only become a memory...a pleasant memory to remember...

Nope...I think MJ and Elvis and Janis and Jim and Jimi and JFK and RFK and LBJ and MLK JR and Nixon and Princess Di are all sitting around somewhere having a good laugh at us...probably Moses and John the Baptist and Jesus Christ are there too, sipping a few brewskis and passing the bong around.

Oh...let's not forget John and Marilyn and Heath and the other John and all the other dead celebrities...

Yes i believe that Michael Jackson is dead, It does not matter if their are any photos of him dead. Their were pictures of Elvis in his coffin, and people still talked about him still being alive. With their money they could have changed their looks and moved some where to live a life of peace if they wished to do it. Michael did not want his children in the public eye, do you really think he would have let them be photographed in public if he was still alive.......He is dead, along with all the others before him........

but there are in my opinion no such things as celebrities or famous people as everybody is just flesh and bone the people who should be missed and remembered are the unsung people who give their time up freely helping others,

Yes, I beleave Michael Jackson is really dead. They did show some quick views of his body on TV.

I think that MJ is really dead and people should let him rest in peace. I dont think he would go as far as faking his death or killing his image and leaving his kids behind. Not showing pictures could just be a respect thing, who really wants to see a picture of a dead person when we should be celebrating their life.

Michael Jackson is human just like any other person. Everybody dies, so why it is so amazing that he died for real.

Yes, I loved Michael's music and dancing. He was very talented and I will miss him, but after all he was still human and just a man.

It's not new to hear news of a celebrity who died. A lot of this death happens. The good thing is that death doesn't choose. Whether you are a celebrity or not, you will die someday. Whether you are famous or unfamous, you will die someday. Whether you are rich or poor, when death is at your door, there are no shield. When Princess Diana of Wales died, the world grieves. When Michael Jackson died, the world grieves. Are you prepared when death steps on your door?

I think it would be great even if he is alive and living a simple life.
But I think the case with Princess Diana was exceptional as she was not able to seize her fame in simple life.
It will be difficult for any celebrity to do such a thing because they are so popular that they will find it difficult to hide and stay a simple life.
As far as reaction on death of other celebrities is concerned there will be great tension as great people are not secured and their fans and followers will be under great depression.

yes you are right there. as long as they show the body of mj people will believe that he is really dead. i think this is scripted that he will die and live like a normal people.
