Trying to be perfect for him ...felt not good enough for the man

Ladies dont you realise .. there are alot of man who are not perfect either, they just use their "male ego", strength, machoness .. and their concept of "LION KING" to make us feel that we are not good enough for them ..
I know some who are not confident to lead a life on their own that they fall into the trap of trying to be perfect for this man
yes occasionally i have done that too .. and I regret it .. very much, just to keep the family united we have to play DUMB

Hi, nobody is perfect but sometimes we have to be careful of our actions or words we say so that we don;t irritate our partner. Usually the man cares less if he hurts you or says something you don;t like. But then when you do something he'll be there ready to mark that out. Sometimes I think we have to stand up otherwise he'll treat you like a carpet. I believe that in a relationship both are equal and there is no servant, tasks should be shared and man and woman do their share.

hi dolphin,
sometimes i feel that it is only our thought that equality is the best quality .. because where i come from .. the mother in law (a woman herself) has the attitute to make us feel that we should serve (like a servant) to our husbands
but i am lucky although my mother in law has that habit, my husband is a good husband to me at our own home but we have to pretend like i am a servant when we visit them

Precisely my friend,we do our best but our best still wasn't good enough for our man,while he is enjoying to boast his ego(sulks)I also been into such situation like yours.I play not only dumb,but a big dumb blind fool,just to make the family looks perfect in the eyes of others and the community.
I was thankful that after all,now i am free from all his ego trip and macho image huh?
