What are the usual contents of your bag/briefcase?

When I go to the gym, i usually bring my gym outfit, shoes, bath towel, slippers, gym id, umbrella (so many things to carry, arrghh ) if i don't, as long as i have my headset at work, my cellphone, wallet, company id and toiletries,, then i am good to go.
What about you?

I usually have my phone, my id, my wallet with money in it, a towel when Im at the gym to wipe myself off, then I carry around some cologne just in case I need it but I usually dont. I carry headphones around but I usually keep them in my car and I take them when I need them. I have a locker at my gym so I usually just keep my stuff in there and change it out every few days with fresh clothes, towels, etc.
