| Crabby kid.... | | | | Recently my 13 month old daughter went from being the most happy go lucky baby to miss crabby pants! She only wants me to hold her like all the time & if my husband holds her she screams bloody murder! She also recently changed her sleep habits. She is now getting up at 6:30am instead of 8:30am. I would love for her to go back to 8:30am, but nothing seems to work. Someone suggested to me about putting her to bed an hour earlier, but wouldn't that make her get up at 5:30am? Or would it just give her that extra hour of sleep & maybe she wouldn't be so crabby? What are your thoughts out there about what is going on with this usually happy go lucky baby of mine?? | | | | | | | | | | Bad Credit Lenders Quick And Simple Procedure. Free Referral Service. | | Hey, I have gone through this quite a few times. Try putting her to bed earlier. It works, trust me. The other thing might be determined on how many naps you are giving her. Right around that age is when they go from two naps to one so if putting her to bed earlier doesn't help try getting rid of the morning nap. The crabby stuff...good luck. I have noticed the same thing with both of my kids. It happened right around the same age. The good news is...it goes away. GOOD LUCK! Oh, and I am new to MyLot and can't figure out how to start my own discussion. Sounds dumb I know, but could you tell me how? | | | | | | | ckhair13 (146)

| | Thanks for your help! I will definitely try putting her to bed an hour earlier tonight! Actually she only takes one nap a day, usually in the afternoon for about 2 hours...sometimes she takes a cat nap in the morning like 20 minutes...I don't put her down for this nap, she usually just falls asleep playing or else on me! How long does it take for the crabbies to go away??? Please tell me not long!!!
