I believe palmbux are temporarily down, just wait for a few a hours. Maybe the site is in maintenance. In fact even the famous Neobux sometimes experience temporary down time.

As for their ads, yes they change the rate: the lowest rate per click will be class D ads for 0.001 per clicks but as I'm routinely clicks at Palmbux, I can find at least 3 class A ads worth 0.008 a click. SO it's not that low after all. Just compared to other PTC with 0.005 per click, Palmbux rate is acceptable for me.

My advize - before you join some kind of program first search the Internet - if someone is been paid or is scam one. There are lots of forums where people discuss all ptc,ptc,ptp and so on. When you join a program, do it through someone's referral link eg. referral builder. It's easy to make referrals and earn more.
