I seem to be blocked creatively. I used to paint and write constantly now I do almost nothing artistic. Does anyone know how to remedy this? Any ideas?

Well, I suggest you take a break somewhere calm and peaceful and go find yourself...You can go to a beautiful place a place you can let your creative side come back...Try bringing just your paint things and a notebook and pen and maybe when you don't have anything to do you'll find your way back again with the only things you have.

Stress is definitely in my life, I have so much to do and little time to do it. I just wish I had some outlet for relieving that stress.

Sometimes stress can cause creative blockage. Sometimes you just need some fresh ideas. I like to visit the library and just browse through books, go through the internet, rest in a clean room without a lot of clutter, go for a walk. Think back on your environment, resources you have used, your emotions at the high points when you have really been inspired and creative in the past and try to duplicate that.

It may be that you are drained and need a short break where you don't think of it as a block, but as a vacation. From this vacation, read and relax... take a walk through nature. You could always still carry paper and writing untensils just in case...sometimes alls it takes it writing down a single sentence about what you've seen that interests you rather than being creative, the muse will come later. Or close your eyes and just paint randomly...
