 hey according to me aroma is a most important element in our life. as we smell the roses and we go for garden which gives us the nice smell and allow us mantel relief so for me aroma it could be bad or good effects the aroma like anything.what about you all people?

I believe that aroma therapy works quite affectively on our bodies. Different kinds of fragrances and sweet smell when inhaled by us make an affect on our brain and make us feel relaxed and fragrances calm down our tension level. Though, I've not tried it, however, I've read about it and I feel it is one of the healthiest of treatments in curing some diseases.

The oil for theraphy must be highly concentrated. I have tried sandal wood oil theraphy. It not only soothes the body and mind but also frangraces the body mind and soul.
