How can I look sexy even if Im small?

Hi. Can you give me advice how to look sexy even though Im short legged. Im just 5 feet tall at the age of 20.

do more exercise and rip your body.. and wear a dress that fit you body..

avoid wearing jeans... it makes you look more smaller... wear skirt instead or miniskirt.. avoid any hipster type low waist type coz it will also make you looks smaller.. choose bright color and dress or blouse that fitted you... wear 3 inches heels..
