why are ptc sites taking longer to pay

i was just wondering why ptc sites are taking longer to pay last time i cashed out with onlinekash i got paid in 2 days then i cashed out again and have not got it yet and it's been a week , also i was told joy-clicks pays but it's been over a week and i still have not got paid what is going on .
