I have this group of friend in the office. We usually get along together and have the same interest. We eat together every lunch and break time. Now, one of my friends, she have this issue with one of our officemates, like she totally hate her. Well, they have a history of misunderstand that they end up as enemies.
On my part, I have nothing against her (our officemate), because she didn't do me anything wrong or harm. Now my friend's action towards our officemate is bothering me. She insult her in front of our other officemate and sometimes doing pranks. Well my friend is known as joker in our office and most of my officemates thought she was only joking, but to me she is not. I pity our officemate, I really like to help her out but if I did, I might lose my friendship with my friends... (I hope you really follow my story).
If you were in my shoe, how will you deal with it?
Happy MyLotting everyone!

if that will happen to me i think i will tell to the person who joking in a ways that he can offend,i will tell that he can do jokes but of course he should know the feelings or the sensitivity of the person that he joking and since he is my friend i know that he will understand what i am saying.

First of all, you drive away the fear of losing friends. If they are your true friends they will respect you and your thoughts and will not drag you into the politics/pranks.
Next, tell them (your friends) frankly but politely that you don't really like their behavior towards this officemate. Just ask them to be professional. Misunderstanding is every where but one should not play pranks and snap at people only because they don't like the person.
If they do not aagree just tell them that if the officemate finds out about their pranks she can complaint it all to the office management and drag them to court and get them pay for it all. I'm sure this threat should be enough to make your friends stop playing pranks at this officemate. All the best :)
