Okay, I use 3 browser- firefox, internet explorer and google chrome, but firefox is my favorite. In the past 5 minutes- each website I tried to access using firefox had a popup demanding to have a user name and a password... so my questions are- has it happened to you as well? do you know if firefox gone bad all of a sudden? do you have any advice you can give me? Thankes in advance.

Firefox never goes poof or bad. It's probably malware or such bothering your computer. Running a malware and anti virus scanner will probably solve it. If it does not, uninstall and install it and hope for the best. Good luck!

Thankes, I already fixed it. It seems like I had the option enable proxy server on, and the proxy server went poof... so I just turned it off. Thankes a lot for your reply, I appriciate your effort to try and help (:

I have been experiencing these pop ups asking for username and password since yesterday. These are not firefox bug, these are caused by errors in the site itself being browse. I think it's either from the php or mySQL read/write authorization request since not all site being browse(in tabs) produce these error. If its a local bug then every site(in tabs) would have this prompt.
